Welcome to GG’s Caring Community LLC, doing business as GG’s Premier Caregivers (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and related communications.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
GG’s Premier Caregivers provides non-medical home care and supportive services, which may include but are not limited to:

Personal care assistance

Companionship and supervision

Respite services
-
Homemaker services
-
Community-based support services
-
DODD waiver services (when authorized)
We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
2. Eligibility for Services
To receive services, clients must:

Be legally able to consent, or

Have a legal guardian or authorized representative
We reserve the right to deny or discontinue services if eligibility, safety, or compliance requirements are not met.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients and/or representatives agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain a safe, respectful environment for caregivers

Notify us of changes in care needs or conditions
Unsafe conditions, harassment, or abuse may result in immediate service termination.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Services are scheduled based on availability

Advance notice is required for cancellations
-
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees
Specific terms are outlined in your individual service agreement.
5. Payments & Fees

Fees are disclosed prior to service initiation

Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension

Rates may change with reasonable notice
6. No Medical or Legal Advice
Information provided by GG’s Premier Caregivers is for general informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical or legal advice.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
We protect client information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the applicable period
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GG’s Caring Community LLC from claims arising from:

Misuse of services

Breach of these Terms

Undisclosed unsafe conditions
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of GG’s Caring Community LLC and may not be used without written permission.
11. Termination of Services
Services may be terminated by either party in accordance with the service agreement. Immediate termination may occur due to:

Non-payment

Safety concerns

Harassment or illegal activity
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
